15 years between head office and the field taught me one thing: great strategies only win when execution is done right.
Having worked over 15 years both in the field and at headquarters, I had seen the same pattern repeat itself across markets and companies: brands invest heavily in strategy — yet only 6% of product launches actually succeed (IQVIA Institute, European Pharmaceutical Market Report 2024). The gap is never the strategy itself. It’s the execution.
The only way to deliver a successful strategy is through flawless, real-time execution that field teams can actually understand and own. There is a tendency to centralize strategies at headquarters — but every country is different, every market has its own dynamics, its own healthcare professionals’ habits and its own culture.
The brands that win build strategy around their field people — not the other way around.
That’s the gap The Detailing Lab was built to close. And throughout my career, most roles I took on were either newly created or required change management and business acceleration — building from scratch is where I thrive.
I lead with empathy. I deliver with results.
I believe the best outcomes come from people who feel seen and supported. In the field, that means training teams who understand the why behind the strategy — not just the what. With clients, that means being a partner who tells you the truth, not just what you want to hear.
Starting October 2026, I am deepening that foundation with a Global Executive MBA at SKEMA Business School — because leading with purpose in the age of artificial intelligence isn’t just a programme title. It’s exactly where the industry is heading. And I intend to be at the front of it.
Let’s see if we’re a fit.
I work with a select number of brands at a time — so every client gets my full attention. If you’re wondering whether The Detailing Lab is right for you, let’s find out in 30 minutes.
